A Collective Agreement that Reaffirms the Value of Our Teams and the Future of GardaWorld Cash - Canada
Montréal, Québec, November 3, 2025 — GardaWorld Cash, the leading provider of customized end-to-end automated cash solutions in North America, including secure transportation, cash management, cash vault processing, ATM and cash recycler services, is pleased to announce that a new long-term collective bargaining agreement has been successfully ratified with the Syndicat national des convoyeur(e)s de fonds – SCFP 3812.
As our industry undergoes a profound transformation based on automation, the Union and GardaWorld Cash Services have reached an agreement that reflects a shared commitment to respect, cooperation, and renewal. This new collective agreement addresses the priorities of our teams and aligns with the company’s core values: ensuring safety, performing our work with rigour, and recognizing the role of the team members who protect, transport, and process cash and valuables every day — work that is vital to keeping a healthy economy.
Key Highlights of the Agreement:
Enhanced wages and benefits, recognizing the demanding nature of the work carried out by GardaWorld Cash Services teams across Québec.
Strengthening of workplace culture and climate, fostering mutual respect, active listening, and constructive dialogue among team members, management, and human resources.
Implementation of concrete actions resulting from the negotiations, including additional resources, support measures, and development initiatives aimed at reinforcing pride, operational excellence, and the quality of services delivered.
Deployment of advanced and flexible technological solutions to better support our teams in their daily work and strengthen the quality of service provided to our clients.
